       赤峰福悦锰砂里面含的天然二氧化锰能氧化水中二阶铁并沉淀除掉，使水清净。既可用于地下水除铁，又可用于地下水除锰；我厂生产的锰砂滤料是采用**天然锰矿石为原料，经机械破碎多次筛选而成，外观粗糙多棱角，呈褐色，晶粒致密、硬度高、耐腐蚀、损失少、使用寿命长，在水中浸泡不溶解、过滤水中含锰量不增加，天然锰砂可说是**难溶于水的净化剂。具有良好的除铁、除锰性能，是地下水和工业用水含铁离子和锰离子进行除铁、除锰处理的必备产品。 

    当前使用天然锰砂除铁原理有二种：一种是锰砂表面有一层活性滤膜，可起到很强的氧化作用；另一种是锰砂本身对铁质起催化作用，将水中的二价铁催化成三价铁，并使三阶铁质附着于锰砂颗粒表面，起到除铁的目的。含量30%的天然锰砂滤料，只宜用于地下水除铁。

       锰砂的使用的年限，对含铁浓度高的地下水一般为3~5年，对含铁浓度低的地下水，使用的年限更长，有的已逾十年。在有的天然锰砂滤池中，滤层上部的锰砂会逐渐形成球状的“锈砂”，“锈砂”表面有一层“活性滤膜”，仍具有接触催化除铁能力，所以形成“铁砂”，不是天然的锰砂失效的标志。当”锈砂“长大致使滤料粒径过粗而影响除铁效果时，才有必要更换部分滤料。所以，在我们的施工过程中要注意是否有“锈砂”的存在，如果有的话一定要辨别清楚“锈砂”的大小，如果是小的规格，可以继续使用，可以减少工业成本，如果是大的规格**要换掉，以免影响过滤水质。
